Accuracer Database System products line includes several independent DBMS products for working with the databases in Accuracer format: Accuracer VCL - general package for Delphi / C++ Builder (MS Windows); Accuracer CLX - general package for Kylix (Linux); Accuracer ODBC Driver - Windows DLL with installer.
